These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.
2. Our Services
Vauclair Immigration & Advisory provides immigration advisory services, visa application assistance, and IELTS/PTE Academic preparation classes. Our services include:
• Immigration eligibility assessments and consultations
• Visa application preparation and lodgement support
• Document review and preparation
• Visa appeal and refusal assistance
• IELTS and PTE Academic preparation classes (in-person, Kericho)
• Pre-departure briefings and post-arrival guidance
We act as immigration advisors and facilitators. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
While we maintain a 98% visa success rate, we cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government immigration authorities.
We will always provide you with an honest assessment of your eligibility before proceeding with any application. If we do not believe your application has a reasonable chance of success, we will tell you.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• Provide all required documents in a timely manner
• Pay agreed fees as outlined in your service agreement
• Not misrepresent any information in your visa application
Providing false or misleading information may result in visa refusal, cancellation, or legal consequences. Vauclair Immigration & Advisory accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients.
5. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are confirmed during your initial consultation and outlined in your service agreement. Fees vary depending on the visa type, destination country, and complexity of your case.
• All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement
• Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable
• We do not charge hidden fees — all costs are disclosed upfront
Government visa application fees, skills assessment fees, and other third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are the client's responsibility.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or case information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to process your visa application (e.g. submitting documents to immigration authorities).

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vauclair Immigration & Advisory website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vauclair Immigration & Advisory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Any visa refusal or cancellation by government authorities
• Delays in visa processing caused by government authorities
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by clients
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
